Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive physical exams and evaluations of medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions with the aid of imaging studies and lab results
• Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment protocols
• Provide intraoperative support, from preparing the surgical area to delivering instruments during operations
• Offer outstanding pre- and post-operative care, including managing medication, wound care, discharge plans, and educating patients

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is highly preferred

Certifications

• Current unrestricted PA-C certification is required
• Both BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant
