Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)  

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Formerly Hilltop PT)– Outpatient Ortho  

Location: 10504 Wakeman Dr. Fredericksburg, VA 22407

Compensation:  

• $90,000 to $115,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) 

• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn  up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). 

• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities ( up to $10K)

Qualifications  

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist 

• Graduate of an accredited PT program  

• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
