Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a  musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions

• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services

• Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long term wellness

• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80-$110K Annual Salary with productivity bonus potential.
