Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Island Park, NY
About the Role:
CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals, is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. As an LMHC with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to adult and senior populations, while enjoying a flexible and stable schedule.
Position Highlights:
• Full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
• No nights, weekends, or on-call duties
• No cancellations and a steady, reliable caseload
• Work close to home in partnered facilities, ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work
Responsibilities:
• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
• Work independently within an integrated care team
• Customize treatment plans for each patient's needs
• Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties
