Job Summary:

CHE Behavioral, a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will provide high-quality clinical services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers, helping to improve their quality of life and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patients' mental health needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and incorporating patient preferences and goals

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services

• Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes
