VP, Diversified Industrials IB - M&A & Capital Raises (New York)

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Investment Banking Vice President for the Diversified Industries team in New York. You will lead deals across M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and manage client relations with corporates and financial institutions globally.

You will oversee financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence, while mentoring analysts and associates and driving transaction execution in a fast-paced environment. Expect up to 50% travel as needed.
