Job Summary:
A Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves working on a pediatric floor with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a private-room setting.

Job Details:

• Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

• Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Nights 36 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania (PA) or compact license, BSN degree, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification, 1+ year of full-time general pediatric experience, and ability to work every third weekend
• Preferred Qualifications: Flexible, takes initiative, good team member, professional experience on pediatric units
• Additional Information: The unit maintains an 8-bed capacity with all private rooms. Staff usually consists of 1-2 RNs per shift, with a patient to nurse ratio typically of 1-3 patients per nurse. Orientation begins on 07/23.
