We’re staffing a remote Customer Care Advocate role for a well-known Fortune 500 financial services and insurance company — one you’ve almost certainly seen on TV.
What we’re looking for- 6+ months of customer service or contact center experience (or something equivalent — we’ll talk)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills — you know how to read a room (or a tone of voice)
- Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and applications at once
- Genuine empathy — you actually care how the call ends for the person on the other end
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection
- Accountability: you do what you say you’re going to do
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- A background in insurance, benefits, or financial services
- A track record of hitting KPIs and quality metrics
