Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in California
• Experience providing pediatric or school-based PT services strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct thorough evaluations, implement treatment plans, and track student progress
• Knowledge of IEP procedures, compliance, and related documentation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, therapists, and families
• Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive educational practices

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services across various school placements
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
• Document treatment and updates in compliance with all regulatory and district standards
• Work alongside OTs, SLPs, special educators, teachers, and families to support student mobility and participation
• Promote accessibility, independence, and safety for students within the school environment
