About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Consultant Partnerships to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key benefits consultants. This role is pivotal in managing partner relationships, executing strategies, and ensuring the alignment of partnership activities with the company's business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of success in working with brokers and consultants. Early-stage startup experience is essential, as is a history of consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals. The role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative approach to work. As the Vice President of Consultant Partnerships, the primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for ongoing partnership engagement, educating consultants on the company's products and capabilities, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants. The role also involves meeting activity expectations, achieving opportunity targets, and partnering with the sales team to advance consultant-influenced opportunities. The candidate should be adept at critical thinking, problem-solving, and be eager to learn and adapt to industry trends.
