IAM Provisioning Analyst

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an IAM Provisioning / Technology Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid). Contract Duration: 12-24 Months Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with IAM Tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID) Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM). Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills What You Will Be Doing Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
