Job Title: Industrial Engineering Clerk
Location: City of Industry, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hr

Overview
Leading manufacturer of Tankless Electric Water Heaters and plumbing fixtures is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Clerk to support daily administrative and operational functions within the engineering department. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties

Provide administrative support to the Industrial Engineering team
Maintain and organize engineering documents, reports, and records
Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Word and Excel
Coordinate with internal departments to support production and engineering needs
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and reporting
Support special projects and other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

1-2 years of Administration experience
High School Diploma
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
