Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time


• Pay: Commission pay ($100,000 - $250,000+ annually)


• Benefits: Flexible schedule


• Schedule: Self-determined


• Work Location: Multiple locations in Texas: Austin, Dallas/DFW, San Antonio, and Killeen-Temple-Waco.


• Relocation: Licensed agents relocating to any Watters market are welcome to apply; opportunities are routed to the appropriate local market
