You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a courteous and efficient manner.Essential Job Functions:Greeting Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner, and escort them to their tables.Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including food and beverage options, specials, and promotions, and be able to provide recommendations to guests as needed.Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.Serving: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.Upselling: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas throughout the meal service.Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a courteous and attentive manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.Billing and Payment: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.Top Requirements:Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.Own It: Be a role model, Embrace Responsibility and Keep Learning.Passionately Serve: Be Positive, Care Deeply and Create Memories.About Us:In a story of entrepreneurial spirit and partnership, P.C.
