Responsibilities include:Reading shipping orders and picking orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributedOperating electric-powered forklifts, pallet jacks, or related material handling equipmentTransporting products to designated warehouse areas and storage racksLoading and unloading product, pallets, skids, and other materialsSorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins based on product type, size, or codeMarking materials with identifying information when neededLifting, counting, sorting, and stacking product according to order instructions or special requirementsPreparing and recording order fill tickets and truck logs in accordance with company standardsRecording amounts of materials or items received or distributedWeighing or counting items to ensure they meet company standardsReporting food safety and quality concerns to a supervisorSupporting a safe, accurate, and customer-focused work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForPreferred experience:Warehouse workOrder selectingCase pickingMaterial handlingRequired for the role:Ability to work the listed 2nd shift scheduleAvailability to work Saturdays and SundaysAbility to commute to Denver, CO 80239English language proficiencyStrong attention to safety, accuracy, productivity, and serviceJoin the Interstate Warehousing TeamAt Interstate Warehousing, our team plays an important role in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the cold chain.
