Material Handler - Distribution Center & Warehouse

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Perform a wide variety of job functions associated with maintaining inventory integrity and availability throughout the distribution center by the proper handling of product.

Performance any tasks that is required by DC leadership, especially in area of specific designation (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Quality Assurance, etc.).

Research inventory discrepancies.

As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all document action is completed. To help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey all departmental or procedural changes to existing team members.

Basic computer skills.

Experience in warehouse environment.

Alphanumeric stocking or RF directed stocking experience.

Familiar with automotive parts.

Advanced computer skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
