Front Desk Receptionist

Heartview Foundation is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and ensuring smooth office operations.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors with a warm and welcoming presence.
• Answer phone calls and support visitors with inquiries.
• Complete patient check-ins, process paperwork, and take payments.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and admissions teams.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and clean reception area.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Six months of reception or office experience preferred.
• Preference will be given to those with work, education, or volunteer experience in behavioral health, social services, substance use disorder treatment, criminal justice, long-term and assisted care, or a customer service discipline.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• The right candidate will also be reliable and timely.

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Mondays: 12:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m.

Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Fridays: 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
