You will lead teams at our 1799 Kitchen and Bar, McGavock's Cafe, and our busy banquet and event spaces.
At 1799 Kitchen & Bar Room, you’re part of a restaurant that Franklin calls its own. Neighbors return for a favorite table, friends gather over dinner, and families celebrate the moments that matter. Set inside The Harpeth Hotel, 1799 also gives travelers a taste of the city. Whether guests have been coming for years or are joining us for the first time, you help make the evening feel special.

At McGavock’s Coffee Bar & Provisions, you get to be part of the best part of someone’s day. The Harpeth Hotel is a part of The Curio Collection by Hilton. It is historic Franklins' only downtown Hotel, and is just 30 minutes from Nashville and Music City!
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Hotel and/or high-volume banquet experience preferred.
- Strong track record of leading and developing culinary teams is essential. This property has some motivated and talented chefs that desire training and direction
- Business acumen to manage ordering, cost control, and labor
- You are part of the leadership team and offer ideas for new seasonal menus, tools to improve the culinary team and the guest experience.
- You are proud of your menu and food quality and enjoy talking to our guests
