Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and guest rooms to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, to prevent unexpected issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address maintenance needs promptly, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant findings to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards, fostering a secure environment for all guests and employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs in a hospitality setting.
