SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - FULL TIME RIVER BEND HEALTHCARE - SEGUIN, TX Join our team and start making a difference! Our Texas market is excited to announce our growth in the Seguin area! We are currently seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our crew of in-house therapists at River Bend Healthcare and help us expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility. - Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:
