People Business Partner

Responsibilities Act as a trusted business partner to the management team within the Production and Warehouse Logistics functions, supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective HR solutions and people policies. Implement and coordinate corporate HR and organizational culture initiatives tailored to the needs of the organization. Provide practical guidance on employee relations matters and day‑to‑day HR issues. Leverage data and analytics to support decision‑making processes and optimize HR practices. Ensure compliance of HR activities with applicable labor laws and company policies. Manage recruitment processes for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, as well as onboarding and off‑boarding activities. Cooperate with temporary staffing agencies. Coordinate the annual performance review process. Lead the annual salary review process within the assigned area of responsibility. Organise and coordinate required employee training initiatives. Ensure compliant employment documentation and processes related to Ukrainian employees. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role. Ability to build strong partnership‑based relationships at all levels of the organization. Practical knowledge of labour law and HR processes. Experience in managing recruitment processes. Proficient in English. Proactive approach and ability to initiate improvements and new solutions. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR actions.
