Tig welder

Do you take pride in producing airtight, cosmetic, "coin-bead" TIG welds? We are seeking a talented TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team, working on high-precision assemblies, structural tubing, and custom metal fabrication projects!

In this role, you won't just be running beads-you will be fabricating assemblies from scratch, prepping materials, reading structural blueprints, and laying down high-strength, cosmetic welds on thin-gauge materials. If you thrive on precision craftsmanship and clean work, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Precision TIG Welding: Perform high-quality GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and specialty alloys across varying material thicknesses.
• Custom Fabrication: Layout, fit-up, tack, and assemble complex components using fixtures, clamps, and precision measuring tools prior to final weldment.
• Drawing & Blueprint Interpretation: Read structural blueprints, AWS welding symbols, and engineering specs to meet project requirements.
• Metal Prep & Finishing: Prep surfaces using grinders, sanders, and deburring tools; clean, dress, and blend welds to achieve flawless cosmetic standards.
• Airtight/Quality Control: Execute leak-tight, warp-free welds while conducting visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with customer specs.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
