Responsibilities Own the vision to reimagine customer support experience by leveraging Slack, Slackbot, Service Cloud core capabilities and Headless 360 (Salesforce MCPs/APIs). Conduct market and competitive research. Create working prototypes using AI tools, and drive customer engagements to validate the vision as well as solution design. Work closely with Slack and other partner teams to define the joint solution roadmap. Work with scrum teams to deliver the solution. Work with Agentforce and platform teams to leverage their latest capabilities and manage technical dependencies. Present the vision and solution to execs and stakeholders. Enable the field to position and sell the solution effectively. Provide deal support as needed. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise software applications with consumer‑grade UX and platform extensibility. Strong curiosity and empathy to understand customer problems, and judgement to prioritize them effectively. Deep technical aptitude to manage discussions with engineering to drive architecture decisions, evaluate trade‑offs, and ensure the product is built for scale, reliability, and extensibility. Ability to work across other product teams as well as cross‑functional teams to deliver a joint roadmap. Active use of AI‑powered productivity tools in day‑to‑day work. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have Experience building products for the customer support space or SMB market. Salesforce products and platform knowledge. In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 – $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $207,800 – $285,800 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
