Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Position Location: 3280 Lake Pointe Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34231. Employment Status: Full‑Time. Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500. About the Facility The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods is a 119‑bed facility recognized throughout Sarasota County for its outstanding subacute and long‑term care. Shift Options 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term and/or rehabilitation care. Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate the patient/resident response. Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel. Provide input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care. Maintain documentation knowledge and confidentiality of patient/resident rights. Provide patient/resident/family/caregiver education as appropriate. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled. Qualifications Graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing. Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute or long‑term care setting (acute/critical care preferred). Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.
