We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical team at a well-established acute care hospital in Ottumwa, Iowa .

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $70,803 – $95,596/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Requirements:

• Active Iowa RN License or Multistate Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse) upon hire
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Med-Surg experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
