We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.


Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.

Compensación: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Byram, MS off the I-55 Frontage Road..
• Our office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of Mississippi College.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 68 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, y New Agent Program Qualifier
