In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population through acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, reproductive health, health education, and specialty care coordination—while working alongside a collaborative team committed to whole-person care. All candidates who receive a written offer of employment will be required to undergo testing for commonly abused controlled substances Requirements Physician licensed to practice in the State of Washington, without restriction, probation, or limiting condition or threat thereof. Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or IMed/Peds. Possess a valid, unrestricted license or registration to prescribe drugs, medications, pharmaceuticals, and controlled substances. Has never been disciplined by any professional or peer review organization, governmental agency, licensing body or hospital medical staff for any action or omission based on or related to quality of care. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Current CPR/BLS card. Knowledge of medical clinical standards and practices. Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records Able to work efficiently and effectively under stress, simultaneous responsibilities, and demands from diverse sources. Ability to work with a low-income, multi‑ethnic patient population and a demonstrated ability to relate respectfully and effectively to people of diverse racial, educational and socio‑economic backgrounds. Must be a confident, self‑directed individual who can work within a team as well as independently. Strong communication, organization, documentation and record keeping skills necessary.
