About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Reseller and Embedded Solutions to lead the development and expansion of indirect sales, embed, and reseller partner programs. This strategic role is pivotal in driving business outcomes across global partner channels, with a focus on converting standard referral relationships into substantial commercial alliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial ownership of the embed and reseller motions, including the creation of a high-performing channel strategy that surpasses traditional direct sales in revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building and scaling partner alliances, defining joint value propositions, and establishing channel frameworks. The role demands a minimum of 10 years' of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, channel, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in building and closing complex indirect GTM or reseller programs. Applicants for the Head of Reseller and Embedded Solutions position at the company should possess a deep domain expertise in HR Tech, EOR, HCMs, or Tax & Advisory partner ecosystems. Strong technical fluency is essential, as the role involves discussing technical aspects such as APIs, embedded workflows, and platform integrations with both product teams and partner executives. The ideal candidate will have a history of negotiating and structuring multi-million-dollar commercial software deals and revenue-share models, and must demonstrate exceptional executive presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in global HR Tech, EOR, or enterprise advisory networks, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first software company. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who can navigate early-stage program ambiguity and is capable of driving the business forward as an individual contributor before building out a supporting team.
