Join us, and be part of a team that values excellence, urgency, and relentless improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate invoice collections and resolve customer account issuesWork independently to ensure customer accounts remain within agreed termsAnalyze delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts based on due date and dollar amountImprove receivable turnover through proactive follow-up and communicationCollaborate with branches and sales reps to align on collection strategiesMaintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersEscalate financial concerns or risks to management as neededYou May Be a Great Fit If You Have:High school diploma or GED (required)2+ years of experience in collections and customer serviceBackground in the construction industry (preferred)Familiarity with accounts receivable and finance policiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office softwareSelf-starter with high attention to detailWhy You'll Love Working With UsNo weekends!
