Toll Brothers , America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Executive Assistant for our office in Faytteville, Arkansas. What is the opportunity? This position will be on-site 5 days per week. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management, manage scheduling, answer a multi-line phone, update reports/spread sheets and complete various other administrative tasks. What are the primary responsibilities? Manage Scheduling Answer Phones Update Spreadsheets and Reports Various Administrative Projects All other duties as assigned This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! Qualifications Does this describe you? Overall working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely. Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management. The ability to interact positively and get along well with others. Able to maintain focus while handling multiple tasks. Do you have these qualifications? Essential: A minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience (must have supported senior-level managers). Preferred: Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus.
