Production Machining Specialist (CNC & Manual)

You will

Operate and set up a variety of machines—manual lathes, mills, and CNC equipment—to meet production goals.
Interpret blueprints, specs, and technical drawings to determine the right processes, tools, and sequences.
Monitor machines during runs, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets to hold tolerance and finish.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues to keep equipment running at its best.
Keep your work area organized and safe, following all plant safety practices and procedures.
Collaborate with peers to improve setups, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Document production data accurately and maintain complete, up-to-date records.

You bring

High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification is a plus.
Proven, hands-on machining experience with a solid grasp of machining fundamentals.
Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical documentation.
Experience with CNC operation and familiarity with programming is highly desirable.
A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering focus on quality.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both solo and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of safety rules and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
