About the Role Join Bellestar Home Health Care Inc as a Home Health Speech Therapist, where you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their communication skills and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients in their homes. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide therapy sessions focused on improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and home exercises. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current California state license to practice as a Speech Therapist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home health setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
