This position runs ASAP through the end of the school year, offering a unique chance to provide high-quality Physical Therapy (PT) services to a small caseload. With an approximate time commitment of a half-day to one day per week, you’ll make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license to practice in Colorado
• Experience in pediatric or school-based PT settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP processes
• Organized and self-motivated, able to manage a small caseload and schedule efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Physical Therapy services to a caseload of just 4 students, focusing on individualized needs with minimal direct service time required
• Conduct consultations with educational teams and provide input during IEP meetings as needed
• Complete timely documentation, evaluations, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents, offering expertise and supporting student success
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment
