Cheerful Patient Care & Financial Coordinator. Looking for a Long-term team member (3+ years). Fee-for-Service Cosmetic, Implant, General Dentistry Private Practice. Full Time (M-Th 830-5:30). Stellar Communication/Triaging in person, phone calls, texts. Interpreting Account Ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs. Collecting payment and Asking for Reviews. Explaining insurance, copays. Presenting and closing treatment plans. OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer. Administrative duties. Cross-trained in insurance billing/AR, implementing and analyzing metrics, marketing/business development, etc. Ready to Join?
