Stellar Communication/Triaging in person, phone calls, texts. Interpreting Account Ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs. Collecting payment and Asking for Reviews. Explaining insurance, copays. Presenting and closing treatment plans. OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer.
