Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator | Great Strides Rehabilitation | Full-Time Position At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, the Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive top-quality care from their first point of contact to their ongoing therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly upon their arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and care delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing front desk operations. Calling PCP for Plan of Cares High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to office policies.
