Social Media manager / Graphic Designer

Job Title: Hybrid Virtual Assistant | Social Media & Graphic Designer We are looking for a Hybrid Virtual Assistant age(23-27) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and passionate about digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X). Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, reels, stories, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials. Edit photos and videos for social media campaigns and advertisements. Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand identity. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content. Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports. Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally. Assist with daily administrative and virtual assistant tasks, including email management, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining digital files. Support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and online advertising initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing projects. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
