Job Description
Title
Cath Lab Scrub - Structural Heart

Schedule
Shift: 4 x 10-hour days (07:00-17:30), Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience required
- Structural heart scrub experience is mandatory
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, plus at least one of the following: RCIS or ARRT
- Familiarity with monitor, PA line, and telemetry
- Core cath lab procedures experience: balloon angioplasty, PCI/stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left & right heart catheterization, rotablator

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub for complex structural heart procedures
- Assist in various complex catheterization lab procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and care
- Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Monitor patient status and assist in interventions as needed

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: Available days include Wed/Thu/Fri of orientation week; full availability required
- Call: Callback required; weekend call required - approximately 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule (1-2 weekends depending on rotation)
- Scrubs: Provided by the facility
- Rapid onboarding requirements may apply: candidates may need to report to lab and complete testing within 48 hours after signing
