Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Design/Video) (Jupiter)

What This Is

3 month contract, with potential for extension into a full-time position for 2027. You'll report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and own two parallel work-streams from brief to delivery: updating an existing branded asset library and producing new content across video, collateral, and social formats. On-site presence at our Jupiter facility is required for video shoots, including a workshop facility walkthrough video. You must be local to or within commuting distance of Jupiter .

Design Work

• Audit and rebrand 17+ existing brochures, data sheets, and marketing collateral
• Deliver all updated pieces production-ready for digital and print
• Produce new brochures, event graphics, banner stands, tradeshow materials, and social media graphics as required
• Take ownership of quarterly employee newsletter
• Support ongoing design needs as the marketing calendar moves

Video Work

• Audit and update an existing video library: logo animations, lower thirds, intros, and outros, all transitioned to the Hanwha Power brand
• Shoot and edit a workshop facility walkthrough, on-site in Jupiter
• Produce product and services videos, internal training content, and short-form LinkedIn videos (30 to 90 seconds)
• Apply AI tools where they accelerate quality output: HeyGen, Envato (ByteDance Seedance, Runway Gen, Luma Ray, Kling AI, and Google Veo), and equivalent.

Required: Design

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, all three, all required. Experience with B2B marketing collateral: brochures, data sheets, corporate communications. Strong understanding of print production specs (bleed, CMYK, PDF export). Ability to work within existing brand guidelines .

Required: Video

Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency is non-negotiable. You need to demonstrate real production work in Premiere Pro, not general video editing experience. Experience producing corporate or B2B video content. Ability to plan, shoot, and edit on-location. Working knowledge of AI video tools. Ability to script or refine scripts .

Required: General

A portfolio showing both video production and graphic design work. Portfolios covering only one discipline will not be reviewed. Must be local to or within commuting distance of Jupiter, FL.

Preferred

Experience in B2B industrial, energy, manufacturing, or technical sectors. Familiarity with HubSpot or Google Analytics. Experience managing a content library or digital asset system.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a role for someone who needs daily check-ins to stay productive. It is not a single-discipline role. It is not fully remote. And it is not a place to get up to speed on tools you haven't used professionally.
