JOB SPECIFICS: \n

• Established outpatient practice seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated primary care team.
\n
• The team consists of five physicians, two advanced practice providers, strong clinical support staff, Care Managers, and a Behavioral Health Provider.
\n
• Flexible schedule & flexible hours available. (4-5 day work week)
\n
• Enjoy excellent work/life balance with minimal call and AI technology for note writing.
\n
• Office is embedded within the hospital and offers point-of-care labs and imaging.
\n
• Strong referral network and quick access for specialty services
\n

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000.\n

Qualifications \n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\n
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
\n
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
\n
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
\n
