Impactful Housing Stability Case Manager
Care Resource
Care Resource is seeking a Housing Case Manager to assess and coordinate HOPWA and related housing opportunities for clients. The role includes screening, eligibility determinations, and completing program applications, while maintaining accurate records and supporting billing and reporting. Strong teamwork and community service knowledge are essential. Responsibilities also cover staying current with community resources, following agency guidelines for data entry, and participating in #J-18808-Ljbffr Care Resource
