Call Center Representative (JN -072026-426571) Saint Paul, Minnesota Salary: USD20 - USD20 per hour Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent Job Summary Seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to support customers by conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, answering inbound inquiries, and helping ensure a positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Responsibilities Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction Follow established call scripts and elevate concerns when appropriate Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding services and scheduling Schedule appointments and collect customer and vehicle information Provide accurate estimates regarding service timing and costs Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation Base pay: $20.00/hour Average total earnings: approximately $22-$23/hour Monthly incentive program based on performance metrics and department goals Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM 100% Onsite Temp-to-Hire opportunity (approximately 4-5 months) Benefits During Contract Assignment Benefits may include: Medical coverage options Hospital indemnity coverage Dental and vision plans Accident and critical illness coverage Life insurance and short-term disability (eligibility requirements apply) Paid sick and safe time where applicable Employee discount programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
