Warehouse Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Workflow: Assign daily tasks, train staff, and manage shift priorities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Certified forklift operator with extensive material handling experience.
• Shipping & Receiving Oversight: Supervise inbound/outbound freight, verify documentation (BOLs), and ensure accurate order picking and loading.

• Inventory Control & Systems: Perform cycle counts, track stock movements using WMS/ERP systems, and maintain FIFO rotation.

• Equipment & Material Handling: Safely operate and perform daily inspections on forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy staging equipment.

• Safety & 5S Compliance: Enforce OSHA protocols, PPE usage, proper ergonomics, and maintain an organized, clean work environment.

salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year
