Clinical Admissions Liaison & Care Navigator
Progressive Healthcare Centers
Progressive Healthcare Centers seeks an Admissions Coordinator/Marketer to bridge patients with care facilities. You will determine eligibility, explain options, and coordinate transitions from hospital to facility, while building community relationships and supporting marketing efforts.
You’ll train new Clinical Liaisons, engage with managed care providers, and participate in weekly facility meetings to ensure patient needs are met.
