Licensed Sales Producer (Insurance Sales)  

Spring, TX | Full-Time & Part-Time Available  

$15-$18/hour + Uncapped Commission | Earn $30,000 - $90,000+ per year

What You'll Do  

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions. 

Your day will include: 

✅ Building relationships with prospective customers 

✅ Following up on company-provided leads 

✅ Making outbound calls to generate new business 

✅ Identifying customers' insurance needs 

✅ Recommending the right coverage options 

✅ Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals 

✅ Delivering outstanding customer service 

✅ Conducting policy reviews and educating clients on available products
