HR Generalist

HR Generalist (Contract – 2 to 4 Months) Location: 100% Onsite – East Columbus area Job Type: Contract (2–4 Months) Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a 2–4 month contract assignment. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will support a variety of HR functions with a strong emphasis on recruiting for corporate positions, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate function roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers (approximately 40–50% of the role) Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Conduct job analyses to identify core duties, responsibilities, and required competencies Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect organizational needs Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary analysis to support hiring decisions Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Experience with full-cycle recruiting for professional or corporate positions Knowledge of onboarding, employee orientation, and job description development Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
