Patient Safety & Behavioral Health Advocate

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland is looking for a qualified candidate to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff in behavioral health settings. Responsibilities include engaging with patients and collaborating with clinical teams to promote therapeutic environments. Applicants need a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience. An associate degree and security guard experience are preferred. The position requires excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage stress.
