Johnson & Johnson seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist for spine orthopedic products in Lynchburg, Virginia. The role involves providing clinical and logistical support in operating rooms, managing equipment and inventory, and advancing sales through direct customer engagement with surgeons and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistics to ensure product availability
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to physician and customer needs with independent judgment
• Track, maintain, and deploy spine surgery equipment and assets across assigned area
• Share customer insights and procedural data with sales and marketing teams to support growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with medical certification plus 2+ years experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to relocate to assigned territory
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Data analysis capability and technical knowledge of surgical instruments preferred
• Willingness to travel including weekends and overnight trips
