Discover your full potential – join us to advance your career while leaving a lasting legacy.Essential Job Functions:Strategic Leadership & Practice GrowthProvide senior leadership to advance Tetra Tech’s air quality and sustainability practiceDevelop and implement business strategies, market positioning, and growth initiativesIntegrate air quality services across Tetra Tech’s global operations and client portfolioIdentify and develop cross-disciplinary solutions leveraging Tetra Tech’s full service capabilitiesBusiness Development & Client LeadershipServe as Senior Account Lead for key strategic clientsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships across industrial, energy, financial, and private equity sectorsLead opportunity capture planning, including RFP strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiationsParticipate in and support the Key Account Management Program to expand account value and market shareRepresent Tetra Tech at industry events and sustainability forumsTechnical & Project LeadershipLead and oversee air quality advisory and permitting projects, including PSD and Title V permittingProvide technical direction for complex, multi-disciplinary projectsEnsure project delivery aligns with Tetra Tech’s quality, financial, and performance standardsSupport development of regulatory strategies and compliance solutions for clientsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and mentor a team of air quality and sustainability professionalsSupport recruitment and development of key technical talentDelegate responsibilities effectively to support team growth and operational efficiencyPromote a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvementConduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.Additional duties as required.Required Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in air quality and sustainability, ideally within the energy sectorExpertise in:PSD and Title V air permittingIndustrial air quality compliance and regulatory frameworksStrong understanding of:Market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapeBusiness development and capture strategiesProven experience in:Program and operational leadershipManaging and growing client accountsLeading multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated success managing project and group financial performanceEstablished industry network and client relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsMust possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.Work Environment / Travel:Flexible location with regular travel to support client engagement and internal collaborationParticipation in industry events, client meetings, and strategic planning sessionsLife at Tetra Tech:The perks of working at Tetra Tech include:Comprehensive and market-competitive benefits.
