Don’t let our name fool you, in addition to our fast oil change bays, our locations can be your one-stop shop with certified technicians providing a variety of mechanical services, as well as tire services.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Recruiting, is responsible for supporting the recruitment function across an assigned region of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and its subsidiaries by proactively identifying candidates and creating a pipeline of talent to improve quality of hire and time to fill. This position is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting efforts between Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Store Managers, various other Hiring Managers and the Human Resources Department.Primary Responsibilitiesinclude (but are not limited to):Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates (w/ priority at the MIT, Service Manager/Advisor, and Certified Technician level) while maintaining a higher total store count/requisition loadEffectively influence passive job seekers to pursue opportunities within EOC & TE Maintain the established recruiting requirements by reviewing store positions, plans and objectives to be discussed on a weekly basis with Director of RecruitingDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirementsArrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to site visits (when necessary)Assist in creation and execution of open house/hiring events, at times assisting with other market events for the teamEvaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managersWork with Human Resources department and assist in the coordination of the on boarding process for new hiresCultivate candidate touchpoints from application to hireCommunicate with hiring managers and partners of progress and escalate issues as neededShare market information and educate managers on current recruitment challenges/conditionsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsWe are looking for:Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycleExperience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boardingMust be self-disciplined, structured, possess effective communication skills and follow-upMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage several openingsResults driven and highly motivatedPrevious experience working within an ATSProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Up to 30% travel within assigned regionAdditional InformationAll information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: ProductionExperience level: AssociateIndustry: Automotive
